At 361°, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shoe box or apparel packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, our team will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
